The Most Uncomfortable Stage Of Life
It's time for things to end. And you learned your lessons too late.
The Beginning Of The End
There will come a point in time in everyone’s life where they will realize they are too far gone to make things right.
When any lose ends cannot be tied up, and you’re forced to move on and become a different person.
This is what I like to call, The Beginning Of The End.
In the beginning of the end, you must close a chapter of your life that once brought you so much comfort.
This can feel like an insurmountable task—and perhaps the most unbearable aspect of this end is that many times, it blindsides us, like an avalanche of emotions we didn’t bring equipment for.
But this is a necessary step to start a new chapter that will lead to the evolution of your character.
The beginning of the end can present itself as that strange period between finding jobs, when you have no real sense of identity, and each day feels like a monotonous hamster wheel of desperation directed towards financial freedom.
It can be the month after a breakup, where you simultaneously feel like you are still with your partner, while also feeling like you are more distant from them than ever.
Or it can just be a moment where you suddenly disassociate due to a certain song, experience, or stimulus that reminds you of the person you once were—and you think to yourself, “where did that person go?”
Whatever this looks like to you, there is one common universal trait amongst all experiences: a feeling of discomfort brought upon by a lack of direction, balance, and identity.
In the beginning of the end, there’s not much for you to grab onto.
The floor feels like thick mud that subdues your every step forward.
And on top of that, whatever that “forward” is, doesn’t have much of a floor either.
Not knowing where you’re going—ending a chapter of your life, not fully understanding why, and not being quite too sure where the next chapter will take you—is part of the inevitable ups and downs of life.
But maybe, in this case, the lesson won’t be learned in the reflection of the past.
Maybe, you just need to let the mud get on your shoes.
I know how scary it is to be filled with regret over a chapter you didn’t want to close, and be in that awkward phase between ending a previous chapter, and starting a new one.
But this is your time to get lost in the mud.
Contrary to what most people online will tell you, it’s okay to not be 100% sure where you’re going.
You don’t need to have a purpose and a “why” behind every decision you make.
And you don’t need to know all the reasons behind the ending of a chapter, and what you could’ve done differently so that the pages never turned too quickly.
The truth is, the pages will keep turning, and the story will keep unfolding like a novel that you can never guess the ending of.
Because that’s just the way life is. And you have to learn to be okay with that.
Eventually, as you trek through this mud, you will soon come to realize that being lost in the mud was a chapter in and of itself.
A confusing chapter—but a necessary chapter nonetheless.
Now’s not the time to look back.
Now’s not the time to reflect.
Let this story unfold in the exact way it needs to.
And eventually, the chapters will start writing themselves.
The Next Chapter
These confusing period of being stuck in the mud used to debilitate me.
And even after realizing I could just keep trudging forward to create a new chapter, I still found myself getting triggered by the story life decided to write for me.
I wished that there was a resource to help people understand what they’re actually capable of (which is always WAY more than what they think), and teach them the methods that I’ve used over the years to become the most financially, mentally, and physically fulfilled I’ve ever been.
A resource that would make you wake up and be proud of the life you’ve created, but also have such a level of peace that any unexpected occurrences could be let go without even having to try.
And that is why I created my Ultimate Self Mastery School.
The Ultimate Self Mastery School is a place for those who want to actualize their greatest potential, strengthen their self awareness, build better habits, and develop a fulfilling life.
The school features 14 videos with 15+ worksheets, a guided meditation, and an exclusive community where we all hold each other accountable and give further advice.
This course is a culmination of years of research on behavioral science, psychology, and of course, trial and error from my own life.
And it’s specifically designed for those who want to go deeper than superficial YouTube videos/articles, and gain a better understanding of themself.
Being able to actually apply the advice you receive, and get consistent feedback from like-minded people are probably the two most important factors in seeing permanent change.
And I’m guessing you currently feel like you can’t talk to anyone in real life about your struggles with self-development, right?
That’s why our community meets in a group coaching call every other week to make sure we are all staying on the path towards self mastery.
It’s also been an incredible way for everyone to open up about things that they have been going through, have accountability surrounding the habits we are trying to build/remove, and get feedback and advice without judgement.
And because of that, the friendships in there feel genuine.
It’s easily the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever created.
Here's some recent wins from our community:

Quote of The Week
“There is no real ending. It’s just the place where you stop the story.”
Thanks for reading, everyone. Hope you enjoy your weekend.
