Should You Trust Your Gut?
When do we know our inner voice is right?
Intuition must be earned and developed.
And we’ve lost our ability to earn it in the modern world.
The world is changing at a faster rate than ever before, and this has muted our instincts.
Most people are no longer in touch with their bodies. If we want to escape any and all feelings, or look for the answers on the internet, we can choose to do that.
Before we can even think of listening to where our mind and body is trying to direct us, we suppress it’s natural intuition, and have the answer provided for us.
Information is also changing at an alarming speed, leaving us only more disoriented.
The unintended consequence is being so detached from our intuition that we can only trust the instincts and world experiences of those outside of us.
What you’re convinced is your “gut instinct” is really a culmination of other people’s gut instincts, which they developed from other people’s gut instincts.
And in order to reconnect and recalibrate your intuitive feelings, you have to earn it.
You must spend period of time in isolation, sitting with those feelings, processing them, reflecting on what has happened…
No matter how much it hurts to.
It’s a hell of a lot harder than finding all your answers from someone who seems to have more knowledge than you.
But your life’s path will feel much more aligned with what you’re truly meant to do if you stop constantly searching for the answers outside of you, and start listening to what’s going on within.
This isn’t to say you should never listen to others.
And your intuition will still be wrong sometimes.
But the more you choose to trust your intuition in regards to what is right for you—with little to no external opinions—the more you signal to your brain that you trust yourself.
And when you signal to your brain that you trust yourself, you become more confident, and you develop it’s ability to provide better solutions and decisions for you in the future.
How To Improve Critical Thinking
There is a massive epidemic of misinformation and fake “gurus” online.
Trust is at an all time low, and it’s leaving people confused and divided.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
If you can develop your critical thinking skills, and surround yourself with open minded people who encourage you to think for yourself, you can start to battle against this daze, and reconnect with the life path that was always meant for you.
Imagine you were part of a community like that.
A community that held you accountable for your bad habits, that inspired you, that taught you how to communicate, think for yourself, and develop skills that made you the most mentally, physically, and financially fulfilled you’ve ever been.
Kind of like a school, but for self-improvement.
I wanted to make this into a reality.
And that is why I created my Self Mastery School.
The Self Mastery School is a place for those who want to actualize their highest potential, strengthen their self awareness, build better habits, and develop a fulfilling life.
For the people who know they could be doing more, but need that extra push from the right resources and group of people.
When you join the school, you’ll get access to:
Full length courses/eBooks
Weekly coaching calls and lectures (related to self-awareness, making money online, social skills, etc.)
An exclusive community of ambitious, open-minded people
In person meetups (coming soon)
Being able to actually apply the advice you receive, and get consistent feedback from like-minded people are the two most important factors in seeing permanent change.
And I’m guessing you feel like you can’t talk to anyone in real life about self-improvement, right?
The friendships in there feel genuine.
And I have a feeling you’re going to find your tribe in there, too.
Here's some wins from our community:

If you're ready to join our community, and finally have that rare group of inspiring people you’ve been struggling to find in real life, click the button below.
I’ll see you in there.
Quote of The Week
“The third-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the majority. A second-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking with the minority. A first-rate mind is only happy when it is thinking.”
Thanks for reading, everyone. Hope you enjoy your weekend.
